He is a seasoned marketing leader with two decades of experience across companies like Vodafone Idea, Britannia Industries, USL – Diageo, Mondelez, and Wipro Consumer Care. Currently EVP Prepaid Marketing at Vodafone Idea since August 2022, he manages a ₹30,000 Cr+ Prepaid Portfolio, achieving like a 30% increase in Prepaid International Roaming and a 33% CAGR in Data Sachets.
At Britannia Industries, he served as Marketing Head – Dairy, growing ‘Winkin Cow’ Thick Shakes into a 100 Cr brand, and Marketing Head – International Business, launching major campaigns and driving localization. As Innovation Head – Premium & Luxury Spirits at USL – Diageo, he developed a successful pipeline of innovations, including the launch of Captain Morgan Dark Rum.
During his tenure at Mondelez India Foods Ltd (Cadbury India), he rejuvenated the Cadbury Gifting Business and executed award-winning campaigns.
He authored ‘The Practical Marketer,’ a practitioner’s guide to marketing, set to be published in August 2024.
